How will I know if my check/deposit is accepted through Mobile Check Deposit?
An on-screen deposit confirmation is available on the “History - Previous Deposits” screen viewable within the app. Successfully submitted deposits to the bank will be listed as “Submitted,” accepted and processed deposits will be listed as “Accepted,” and unaccepted deposits will be listed as “Rejected.” Also, system generated email notices are sent to notify you of when deposits are received (submitted to bank), accepted (processed and approved) and not accepted (processed and rejected).
Is there a dollar amount limit of checks I can deposit through Mobile Check Deposit?
No, there is no dollar limit on the checks you deposit. There is a total daily limit of $5,000. If you want to deposit more than $5,000 per day, you need to contact the bank to request your limit be increased.
Is there a fee to use Mobile Check Deposit?

Is there an endorsement requirement for checks I deposit through Mobile Check Deposit?
Checks need to be endorsed with, “For Mobile Check Deposit Only” and your signature.
What is the cut off time for making deposits through Mobile Check Deposit?
Mobile Check Deposits received before 4:00 p.m. CT on Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be deposited that day. Deposits made after 4:00 p.m. CT will be posted to your account on the following business day.
What type of accounts are deposits accepted for through Mobile Check Deposit?
Deposits will be accepted for checking, savings, or money market accounts.
What types of checks are not accepted for Mobile Check Deposit?
- Checks payable to any person or entity other than the person or entity that owns the account that the check is being deposited into.
- Checks containing an alteration on the front of the check or item, or which you know or suspect, or should know or suspect, are fraudulent or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn.
- Checks payable jointly, unless deposited into an account in the name of all payees.
- Checks previously converted to a substitute check, as defined in Reg. CC.
- Checks drawn on a financial institution located outside the United States or not payable in United States currency.
- Checks that are remotely created checks, as defined in Reg. CC.
- Checks dated more than six months prior to the date of deposit.
- Checks or items prohibited by Sun Canyon's current procedures relating to the Services or which are otherwise not acceptable under the terms of your Sun Canyon account.
- Checks payable on sight or payable through Drafts, as defined in Reg. CC.
- Checks with any endorsement on the back other than that specified in this agreement.
- Checks that have previously been submitted through the Service or through a remote deposit capture service offered at any other financial institution.
- Checks or items that are drawn or otherwise issued by the U.S. Treasury Department.

When will my funds be available for checks I deposited through Mobile Check Deposit?
Funds are generally available the next business day after the day of deposit. Refer to the bank’s Funds Availability schedule for more information.

- MICR line is blank or already encoded on check or invalid routing number.
